Impeccably clean and huge rooms with a fantastic view and friendly service - just as we expected. Very very nice staff, everything was well-maintained.

Had wonderful stay during a 3 day business trip. The room with a great view. Favourable remote location so close to good proximity to food, markets & a rarely funded ATM machine and the food restaurants and nearby restaurant and stores. Furthermore, to Bocagrande downtown.

The room was new-fashioned and huge with dryers, terry robes, and a shower cap in the private bathroom. The views across the sea were decent. This hotel was set in a remote area so close to a coffee shop that caters to nondairy drinkers, Cartagena and many beaches.

Booked a room with decent views of the sea. Terrace, coffee and a balcony turned out to be good. The location was marvellous, in his taxi from the Hilton, it's a plus.

The hotel of choice in Cartagena. Top-class and beautifully maintained room, a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the room. Good service and exclusive ambiance. Everything perfect. Stunning location in the tropical gardens and best and dedicated stuff. Based so close to the lake and Hilton has and many restaurants.

The breakfast was very very good with free wifi and amazing coffee, for example, and the facilities were amazing! My room included terrace, coffee, and a balcony. The location was stunning, short walk to Sunny Cartagena, and regular taxis avoid taking the former.

Good beds and a laptop-size safe, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making facilities. An incredibly beautiful view of the sea.

Good and unbeatable location very close to many restaurants, Hilton and the open ocean side. Situated only 1 km from Playa de Bocagrande Public Beach.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a really good experience. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Its location just a short stroll away from Caribe Jewelry Museum & Factory was excellent and unbeatable. This hotel was located in a very relaxing area.

They served not very good breakfast, it can be far better.

Everything was simply well-maintained. The hotel was clean with fairly quiet and huge rooms and nice staff. All the services were courteous.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. English-speaking guides available. Good for families with young children. Fantastic breakfast and inviting restaurant decor. Access to beach from pool area. Enjoyed lunch and dinner by the pool.

Old Hotel needs revovation - to far away from historic city

I didn't like my stay at the hotel.

This hotel's price is extraordinarily high during its high season, $389 per night. For that price and for its so-called five-star billing, the accommodations should have been stellar. We got a room with a 80s-era bathroom that had rust stains in the tub and a loud, buzzing overhead light in the bathroom.

The breakfast is astonishing, and the location is AMAZING short walk to restaurants and night life.

Views are really bad.
